Day 1

Your tour will start with a morning flight to Gdansk. Your flight with Ryanair departs Dublin at 07:25 and arrives in Gdansk at 11:10 (flights subject at airline discretion).

On arrival in Gdansk, meet your local guide and transfer to the 4* Hotel Mercure Stare Miasto (Old town) where you are booked for three-nights on a bed and breakfast basis

Situated in the Old Town, The 4* Hotel Mercure Stare Miasto is just an approximate five minutes from the cultural centre of gdansk and is in close proximity to tourist, cultural and historic attractions. The hotel features modern guestrooms with some that feature  vistas of the Baltic sea and Old town. Guest can enjoy a variety of European and Polish Dishes at the hotel restaurant and relax in the Wega Bar after a busy day sightseeing

Day 2

Today, discover Gdansk and learn about Polish history from your expert guide on this 3-hour walking tour.  See Gdansk Town Hall, St. Mary’s Church, the Amber Museum, and Neptune’s Fountain.  See the stunning Gothic, Renaissance and Mannerist architecture of Gdansk and get a feel for the history, and atmosphere of one of Poland most beautiful cities.  See city life as you stroll along the Royal Way to Long Market and the Town Hall with your guide.

Afternoon at leisure

This evening, experience the magic of Andrea Bocelli at a memorable evening concert. Your evening will start with a three-course Pre-concert dinner in your hotel. Afterwards, transfer to the Ergo Arena for an evening concert performance (with first category tickets) by Andrea Bocelli.

Coach transfer back to hotel at the end of the evening.

Day 3

Today, enjoy a full days excursion visiting Malbork Castle, Oliwa and Sopot.

In Oliwa, admire the famous Cathedral, Gdansk Oliwa cathedral, the longest Cistercians church in the world and famous for its church organ. Explore Malbork Castle, the largest Gothic castle in Europe and marvel at the stories from the expert castle guide. Your guide will enthrall you with the intriguing history of the Castle and the Teutonic Order. In Sopot, walk along the famous promenade, the Heroes of Monte Cassino Street and marvel at the fascinating crooked house with its distinctive shape and finally take a stroll along the longest wooden pier in Europe.

Day 4

Coach transfer to airport for return flight.  Flight departs Gdansk at 10:50 and arrives Dublin 12:45

Booking deposit is €350 pp.  Balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure date.  No credit card charge on deposit payments. 

Hand Luggage

One standard piece of hand luggage is included in your tour price. (10 kilos). Checked in luggage is available to purchase prior to travel, prices may vary. Please note this must be booked with a minimum of 14 days prior to travel. Bags booked within 14 days prior to travel will incur an administration fee of €25 per piece.
