Itinerary

Day 1

Your tour will start with a flight to Budapest. On arrival in Budapest, meet your local guide and transfer to the 4* Eurostars Danube Budapest Hotel where you are booked for three-nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Your hotel: 4* Eurostars Budapest Hotel The Eurostars Budapest Hotel is located just a 3-minute walk from the National Museum and the the Great Synagogue. The on-site restaurant serves Hungarian and international gourmet dishes.

Day 2

Budapest is Hungary's capital and largest city with a population in excess of 1.7 million residents.  It is Hungary’s principal cultural, commercial, industrial, political, and transportation center and covers an area of roughly 525 square miles.  The city’s primary allure is the beautiful Danube River as it gracefully meanders its way through the city.

This morning after breakfast, you will join your local guide for a city tour of this beautiful city via coach. See all the key sites including the Margaret Bridge, the House of Parliament, the Royal Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, and much more.

Tour will end at approximately 13:30.

This evening, experience the magic of Andrea Bocelli at a memorable evening concert. Your evening will start with a three-course pre-concert dinner at the Kaltenberg House Restaurant. 

After dinner, transfer to the Papp Laszlo Budapest Sportsarena for an evening concert performance (with first category tickets) by Andrea Bocelli.

Coach transfer back to hotel at the end of the evening.

Day 3

Today, you have the day at leisure for independent sightseeing.

Today, on your free day, why not visit the Great Jewish Synagogue, one of Budapest’s most striking monuments. Marvel at this, the largest synagogue in Europe and indeed the second-largest in the world. Referred to as the “Great Synagogue,” it is not only a stunning architectural marvel but also an important part of Budapest’s Jewish history and heritage.

For art lovers, we recommend a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts, which has just re-opened after the most comprehensive reconstruction project in its history. Originally opened in 1906, the Museum of Fine Arts is reputed to be among Europe’s most prominent museums. Its multi-faceted collections and their historical continuity coupled with the large number of masterpieces undoubtedly earn it a prestigious place among public collections. The Museum of Fine Arts displays the treasures of international and Hungarian art spanning from ancient times to the end of the eighteenth century, while its large-scale temporary exhibitions attract hundreds for thousands of visitors. This is a must-see for all art-lovers to Budapest.
