Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The Irish Times Travel Service has been offering holidays for more than 20 years.  All travel companies in the Irish Times Travel Service are licensed and bonded by the Commission for Aviation Regulation.

The situation relating to COVID-19 is unprecedented and constantly changing but rest assured we will always follow the latest advice issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs, the World Health Organization and our local partners on the ground. Our customers’ safety and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us and we would like to assure you that all our staff are working tirelessly to contact all passengers who are affected.

Will upcoming holidays and cruises be affected?
New changes may occur as events unfold and especially given that this situation is an extremely fluid one and changing from day to day. We take our advice from the Department of Foreign Affairs and we highly recommend that you check the Department of Foreign Affairs website, for all the latest travel restrictions.

If the situation changes in any way that will affect your holiday, we’ll get in touch with you as a matter of priority. Our priority is to deal with clients who are travelling in the coming days.

I am due to pay the balance of my holiday, but I’m concerned.
We will do our very best to work with you. Please contact the relevant partner regarding your booking.

I have questions, can you help?
If you have any questions, please contact the relevant travel partner with whom your holiday is booked. Please rest assured our customers welfare is our overriding priority.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
